Join us at the Golden Nugget as we welcome the Lunar New Year with a special Chinese New Year Banquet Buffet, inspired by traditional dishes that symbolise prosperity, longevity, abundance, and fresh beginnings.
This festive evening features a carefully curated eight-course banquet served buffet and banquet style, allowing guests to enjoy a generous spread of classic Chinese New Year flavours. From crisp spring rolls and handmade dumplings to longevity noodles, steamed fish, and red-braised whole chicken, each dish has been chosen for its cultural meaning as well as its comforting, celebratory appeal.
To finish, enjoy traditional New Year sweets and fresh fruit, rounding out a feast designed to be shared, savoured, and enjoyed together.
